Job Description: The Supervisor Training role involves analyzing, scheduling, and implementing classroom training for client programs. Responsibilities include fostering relationships, reducing costs, and enhancing performance.
- Develop a team of skilled professionals focused on continuous improvement
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and one-on-one meetings
- Collaborate with Quality Supervisor and Operations for consistency
- Maintain consultant training schedules and tools
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders
