Job Description
1. Storekeeping
– Keep Staff Captain and Engine Storekeeper informed on spare parts and consumable status
– Request spare parts or consumables with Staff Captain’s approval and assist with PO creation in AMOS
– Update on receiving/delivery of deck spare parts and consumables
– Assist with control and preparation of Landing Goods Advice (LGA)
– Conduct full inventory annually and use barcode equipment for registration
– Ensure proper labeling and organization of spare parts in store-rooms
2. General
– Collaborate with deck, engine, and hotel team members
– Must be familiar with regulations, Ship’s Emergency Plan, and Ship’s Code of Conduct
– Duties as outlined in job description, and additional tasks per Staff Captain’s instruction
