Job Description
As a Claims Associate, you will be responsible for processing and resolving customer insurance claims. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Your duties will include reviewing claim documents, communicating with customers and third-party vendors, investigating claim validity, and ensuring timely claim settlements.
Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, previous experience in claims processing, familiarity with insurance policies and regulations, and proficiency in relevant computer applications.
