Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment process, employee orientations, relations, HR policies, and programs.
Administer HR records, assist in benefits administration, and support HR projects.
Stay updated on HR trends to enhance organization’s competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, [X] years experience as HR Specialist.
Thorough knowledge of HR principles, HRIS experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
