Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Proficient in windows based applications and the Internet, Possesses a valid driver’s license, and must be customer-oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receives vehicle for service requirements and ensures that all concerns are given utmost attention
- Conducts vehicle inspection checklist for the incoming and outgoing units with the prepared repair order
- Uses computer systems to look up customer service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information and manage information
- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate
- Provides leadership to frontline staff to achieve high customer satisfaction

Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
