Job Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and evaluate strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop instructional materials and manuals.
- Liaise with managers to schedule training sessions.
- Conduct evaluations and monitor employee performance.
- Deliver training courses and monitor training costs.
Successful Candidates Will Possess the Following Qualifications:
- 6 months of training experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Positive attitude and time management skills
- No prior disciplinary action
Preferred Qualifications (Having any one of these is a plus):
- Training Certification
- Trainer experience in a BPO setup
Job Type: Full-time; NIGHT SHIFT IN A BPO ON-SITE SETTING
Salary: Up to Php37,00.00 per month
