Job Description
As a Human Resources Analytics Lead at Pro-Excel Property Managers Inc., you will play a vital role in driving data-driven decision making within our HR team. Utilize your expertise in Excel, PowerBI, and other analytics tools to analyze HR data, create reports, and collaborate with leaders to improve HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, and other tools.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to address data needs.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and cleaning.
- Participate in HR projects as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience as an HR Analyst or similar.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, and business analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Location: Northgate, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
