Job Description
Your trusted solutions provider in the electrical engineering industry, WESTCO Electrical and Equipment Corporation, is seeking a Human Resource Generalist. Join our team to contribute to the Philippine Electrical Industry as our valued solution provider.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of HR experience at the Supervisor Level
- Experience in recruitment processes, training design, and ISO practices
- Degree in HR or related field
- HR certificates are advantageous
Responsibilities include recruitment, training and development, and employee engagement and relations.
Location: Kalayaan Avenue, Quezon City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30, Onsite work
