Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs for Isuzu dealerships on vehicle parts and aftersales services to ensure excellent customer vehicle operation.
- Sets training program KPIs and evaluates effectiveness through assessments. Provides intervention action plans.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and develop training materials.
- Implement training programs innovatively through various platforms.
- Manage training costs and ensure efficient resource use.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related course.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive technical training experience; certification preferred.
- Technical knowledge in commercial and light commercial vehicle parts required.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical with exceptional creativity.
- Results-driven with outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Biñan, Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php21,00.00 per month
