The Client Services Representative at Birches Group is a crucial member of the team, responsible for supporting the sales process. This role involves serving as a client resource, engaging with clients for onboarding, providing ongoing product support, and gathering feedback.
As a Community Practitioner, the Client Services Representative is knowledgeable about all Community products and services, capable of addressing standard inquiries and directing requests to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate sales administration mastery, product knowledge, and use internal resources effectively.
- Execute sales administration processes, handle client inquiries, provide onboarding, and offer ongoing product support.
- Communicate client requests, issues, and feedback to ensure service sustainability.
- Address client queries, explain services, and promote informed interactions.
- Deliver client support promptly to enhance service responsiveness.
- Maintain updated client records to improve service quality.
