Job Description
Are you passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service? Join our team as a Customer Advocate Level I! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving complaints in a professional manner, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
As a Customer Advocate Level I, you will also collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and contribute to the overall success of our company.
