Job Description
- Responsible for implementing all marketing activities and compiling results
- Coordinate with suppliers for marketing materials and display locations
- Manage Ingress and Egress of Marketing Activities
- Handle Coverage, Shooting, and Video Recording of Company Events
- Prepare sales quotations and conduct other assigned tasks
- Assist Sales & Marketing Manager with dealer subsidies and exhibitions
- Facilitate vehicle document preparation and display staging
- Oversee exhibit logistics, gate passes, and expense records
- Take exhibit photos and manage administrative duties
- Edit pictures for marketing use and handle digital inquiries
- Assign showroom duties and coordinate with Admin for displays
- Attend meetings with managers, suppliers, and event coordinators
- Ensure asset protection and confidentiality within the organization
