Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To handle all incoming reservations from all hotel channels
- Gather customer information as required
- Recommend solutions and other services if required
- Delight customers and ensure the best customer experience possible
- Promptly respond to guest queries
