Job Description
- Notify shipping companies about delays or issues affecting delivery times.
- Coordinate freight shipments using specialized computer programs.
- Manage shipping via sea, truck, rail, or air, including customs clearance.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policies and claims processing.
- Calculate shipment rates based on distance, weight, and other factors.
- Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Process purchase orders and ship via USPS, FedEx, and DHL software.
- Generate Commercial Invoice/Packing List for each shipment.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in freight forwarding and procurement.
- Proficient in English communication.
- College graduate with efficient documentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour Day shift
