Job Description
The Team Member at TIMS COFFEE plays a crucial role in delivering Brand Standards and ensuring food safety during shifts. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness at the assigned station.
1. Operations Execution:
- Accurately prepare and serve Guests within the speed of service guidelines
- Follow shift plans for efficient production
- Adhere to food preparation standards
- Show patience and positivity towards Guests
2. Brand Standards and Food Safety Promise:
- Make a professional impression on Guests and team
- Ensure fresh, safe food and friendly service
- Stay flexible to meet team needs
- Handle Guest concerns with sincerity and care
3. Restaurant Compliance:
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
- Report safety violations promptly
- Comply with health and safety protocols
