Job Description
Your role
- Provides customer service for collection issues and monitors assigned accounts.
- Accountable for reducing delinquency and preparing account statements.
- Handles customer accounts promptly and delivers excellent service.
About you
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in related field preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite.
- Must reside in Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php27,00.00 per month
