Job Description
Preference:
- Experience in field work
- Experience in handling, monitoring, and creating a program for manpower
- Must be willing to do field work
- Must be willing to assist in office works, especially in checking of plans
Brief Job Description:
- Oversee the completion of structural projects
- Monitor the architectural requirements as provided by the client
- Check status of the project
- Check inconsistencies in the design / client-provided plans as compared to actual site requirements
- Check the progress and closely coordinate with site engineers for the program and productivity of the manpower
- Monitor and request architectural material requirements as based on the client-provided specs and BOQ
- Create architecture-related paper works, especially if there are certain requests that need to be edited on CAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Assisting in the documentary requirements of the PIC
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php15,00.00 per month
