Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard procedures
- Escalate priority issues as per Client standards
- Aim for one-call resolution & customer satisfaction
- Perform basic troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- No BPO Experience required
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php29,00.00 per month
