Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.
List of vacancies we have for you:
- Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide solutions, maintain professionalism.
- Know company products, services, and policies, display empathy and patience.
Qualifications:
- Onsite work required
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- 18+ years old with at least high school diploma
- English conversant with active listening skills
