Job Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries: Call center agents must be knowledgeable about the company’s products and services and be able to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Resolving complaints: Call center agents must be able to handle complaints and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Escalating issues: If needed, escalate issues to a supervisor.
- Meeting performance metrics: Call center agents may need to meet performance targets.

Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
