Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at Quickstop Finance Center. As a Customer Service & Sales Agent, you will provide excellent customer service and drive sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Main duties include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, recommending products, processing orders, and resolving complaints professionally. Prior experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
Key requirements include excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and teamwork abilities.
