Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining, updating, and monitoring employee work schedules and daily time records.
- Maintain time sheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data into the computer.
- Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments while tracking overtime hours and approving compensatory time earned.
- Responsible for keeping track of leave time such as vacation or sick leaves for employees on site.
- Ensure time sheets are submitted and received by employees on time to issue accurate payroll adjustments.
- Handles day-to-day concerns of workers on site and attends toolbox every day.
- Assist in recruitment related activities on site such as trade test and documentation.
- Create and submit reports as needed on site or in Head Office.
- Will follow additional tasks to be assigned anytime by Direct Supervisors/Managers.
