Job Description

Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects.
- High School Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English language is required.
- Amenable to work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat following established procedures.
- Research, resolve, and log customer inquiries promptly.
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior team members.
