Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of cumulative leadership experience
- Proficient in ATS systems
- Strong negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with job sites like Monster and Indeed
- Familiar with sourcing techniques on social media, PESO, TESDA, and Universities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
