We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the Roving Customer Service Associate Role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accurately and promptly answers all inquiries and concerns of all clients regarding healthcare coverage.
- Manages utilization and redirects members to cost-efficient providers.
- Extends professional customer service assistance and conducts visits to health facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing or any medical related course. Business courses accepted.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to be assigned in Laguna.
- Full-time, Permanent position.
