Job Description
1. Maintain compliance with all HR-related regulations & standards and employee disciplinary.
2. Assist HRA Supervisor for all HR functions.
3. Maintain updated 201 files of employees and other filing systems at HRA office.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate policies about Human Resources.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Collect and analyze employee data, 201 filling.
- Use data to create employee profiles.
- Organize and update employee files.
- Adhere to regulatory standards.
- Oversee employee orientation and training.
- Create and analyze Incident Report.
- Experience in Disciplinary procedures.
At least 6 months experience required. Willing to be trained.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
