Job Description
– Supervise receipt of goods and ensure accuracy in quantity, weight, quality, and price.
– Conduct daily physical counts on raw materials and finished products with warehouse personnel.
– Check stock cards against physical count inventory and MYOB system balance summaries.
– Troubleshoot inventory and charging discrepancies or missing stocks.
– Manage inventory of received and released ingredients and packaging materials.
– Enforce the “FIRST IN FIRST OUT” rule among warehouse personnel.
– Maintain stockroom cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
– Report spoilages, breakages, or contamination promptly.
– Prepare and submit necessary documents to finance director and relevant personnel.
– Record, monitor, and organize used and unused invoices and official documents.
– Secure and process purchase orders, maintain detailed records, and handle deliveries efficiently.
– Multi-task and perform additional duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php12,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
