Job Description
We are searching for a detail-oriented, professional Technical Sales Engineer to join our company. The Technical Sales Engineer should be able to deliver excellent customer support and make appropriate suggestions for improvement.
Job Description:
- Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and provide technical support for resolving customer challenges.
- Writing reports and liaising with the production team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
- Develop relationships with adjacent stakeholders including environmental officials, engineering firms, and industry experts.
- Updating orders and sales and negotiating the best contract terms.
- Listening to customers’ needs and advising them on the best products to buy.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar.
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers, sales team, professional organizations, and government entities.
- Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
