Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Product Support Agent with a focus on Payments to join our dynamic team. As a Product Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with payment-related inquiries and issues.
Your main role will involve troubleshooting payment problems, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
