Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/Business Development Specialist to join our team at Quadsys, a leading pallet manufacturing, sales, and rental company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, growing our customer base, and maximizing revenue through effective sales and business development strategies. This role is crucial to expanding our market presence and ensuring the continued success of our sales, rental, and other services related to the pallet manufacturing business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated expertise in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Good command of English for client interaction and contract review.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel as required and have a driver’s license.
