What is this role about?
This role will ensure safety and on-time refilling of Seagas Clients in the TPRP trading through strict monitoring of operations, prevent runouts of LPG products and ensure over all business interest of SPI are protected by ensuring that the terms and conditions of the refilling agreement with the TPRP are strictly adhered to
What will YOU do?
- Coordinate with bulk supply point to request bulk LPG supply replenishments
- Coordinate with accounting, supply, and other relevant departments about the orders for bulk for SO creation
- Route sales and remaining inventory via work chat and/or SMS by informing LPG team the status of sales and remaining inventory
- Ensure all cylinders are properly sealed
- Oversee the refilling operation and documents the sale of LPG in the assigned 3rd Party Refilling Plant (TPRP) as SeaOil Philippines Inc. (SPI) Representative
- Ensure updating of daily dispatched report
What will YOU need?
- 1-2 years background in LPG is an advantage
- Must be willing to render overtime and work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
- Must be willing to do fieldwork
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
