Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
- Follow-up required postdated check from buyers
- Prepare, analyze, and monitor the collection status of past due accounts
- Conduct follow-up calls, record, and monitor payment commitment
- Recommends the cancellation of delinquent accounts
- Prepare and send past due and cancellation notices
- Accommodate, resolve, and endorse complaints and concerns of buyers to appropriate departments
