Job Description
* Plans, organizes, handles SEIPI events end to end.
* Assigns specific tasks to her team members, like choice of venue, caterer, menu, sponsorship packages, discounts for certain groups, souvenir items, trophies, show directory, etc.
* Does technical runs before the event to avoid glitches.
* Makes post-event reports with all the SEIPI team to discuss flaws and notable achievements.
* Conceptualizes events for membership like webinars, seminars, CSR projects.
* Invites guest speakers, professional hosts, professional entertainers.
* Will frontline the advocacy projects of the organization, dealing with government agencies concerned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
