Job Description
As a Call Transfer Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating transferred calls to ensure quality standards are met. Your primary role will be to assess the performance of call transfer agents, provide feedback, and contribute to improving overall customer service.
Key responsibilities include reviewing call recordings, identifying areas for improvement, delivering training sessions, and maintaining detailed reports on performance metrics.
