Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger of the company. Duties include processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy of billing documents, contacting clients for outstanding payments, and reconciling discrepancies.
You will also be tasked with generating financial reports related to accounts receivable and assisting in the month-end closing process. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software are essential for this role.
