Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing, coding, and batch entry.
- Timely payment to suppliers according to contracts.
- Supplier statement reconciliations and follow-up on invoices.
- Maintain supplier database accuracy.
- Support Accounts Officers and Corporate Accounting team.
- Provide accurate information to the business.
Qualifications:
- Excel proficiency
- 2-3 years in Accounts Payable
- ERP system experience, preferably Oracle
- Detail-oriented, team player
- Results-focused, prioritize tasks
- Fluent in written and verbal English
Success Indicators:
- Accurate and timely task completion
- On-time delivery as per SLA
