Job Description
- Control incoming and outgoing documents for easy retrieval.
- Monitor, validate, update, and archive all records.
- Coordinate with project team and subcontractors on document issues.
- Implement AP process for project billing transactions.
- Participate in audits and manage document flow.
- Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
- Location: Santa Rosa, Laguna
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience: 3 years in document management systems preferred
