Job Description
Role Description: This full-time position in Southwoods Binan, Laguna requires leading a team to achieve KPIs, identify coaching opportunities, and implement process improvements. Create a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and support team goals.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, 2 years Telco program management in BPO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, call center tools experience preferred
- Strong drive to succeed and lead by example
- Ability to foster a positive team environment and resolve conflicts
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Requirements:
- TELCO PROGRAM: 1 year
- Immediate availability
Edit Job: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php37,00.00 – Php42,00.00 per month
Schedule: Evening shift, Late shift, Mon-Fri, Night shift
Supplemental pay: 13th month salary
Experience: Telco Program: 1 year, BPO Team Leader: 1 year
Willingness to travel: 100%
