Job Description
As a Broker Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between brokers, clients, and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing paperwork, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth transactions.
Key duties involve maintaining accurate records, responding to inquiries promptly, and providing administrative support to the brokerage team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
