Job Description

Location: Philippines – Manila
The Operations teams at Shopee are seeking a Mobile Hub Project PIC to join and lead operational projects. Responsibilities include analyzing operational KPIs, managing new projects, and delivering improvements across various departments.
Job Description:
- Determine feasibility of current & planned initiatives through analyses
- Plan and manage projects to increase efficiency
- Monitor projects to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare detailed plans and monitor project performance
- Scale the mobile hub model
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Deliver operational improvements to meet targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or equivalent
- Successful project management track record
- Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, especially MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides
- Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages a plus
- Capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure
- Willing to travel
