The Operations team at Shopee covers the end-to-end process from product search to delivery. Join us in analyzing and improving operational KPIs. Roles include Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, and more.
- Determine initiative feasibility through analysis
- Prepare detailed project plans for monitoring
- Source and onboard facilities, lessors, contractors
- Coordinate with internal and external partners
- Launch high-impact projects for operational enhancement
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- 1 year of related work experience preferred
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and G Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Willingness to travel locally
