Job Description
Responsible for monitoring and performing all legal affairs activities within his/her assigned area of expertise. The main responsibility is to keep J&T Express operations out of legal trouble.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in a program related to Political Science, Legal Management, Sociology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Industry-specific experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of Philippine laws and regulations.
- Attention to detail and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare legal documents.
- Intermediate research skills.
- Background in handling labor cases.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathers evidence and legal documents for case preparation.
- Conducts legal research.
- Resolves legal issues and recommends actions to mitigate risks.
- Briefs staff on legal matters.
- Coordinates legal actions and proceedings.
- Files case papers with regulatory bodies.
- Performs other duties assigned by the Legal Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
