Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Benefits Administration Services Associate II. As an Associate II, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of employee benefits programs, providing customer service support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities include processing employee benefit enrollments, managing benefit documents, and assisting with benefit plan audits. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in benefits administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
