Job Description
As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding teams in adopting and implementing Agile practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach team members on Agile principles, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Your role involves training team members on Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration, and removing impediments to progress. You will work closely with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize Agile processes.
