Job Description
Ensure the implementation of company regulations and operational procedures; Ensures other employees are also familiar with said regulations & procedures.
- Implements solutions to decrease rate of remaining parcels.
- Has up-to-date knowledge of employee needs and helps boost morale of hub staff.
- Supervises and monitors the work of hub staff.
- Organizes employee learning programs and does post-training application checks of concepts learned.
- Helps prepare the employee shift schedule, manages employee attendance and data summary.
- Oversees onsite safety management of hub staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business courses, Supply Chain or related field.
- 3-5 years working experience in Logistics/Supply chain industry or related.
- Understanding of 6S management concepts preferred.
- Ability to understand and interpret Excel data on submitted reports.
- Good people handling capability and communication skills.

- 8-hour shift
