Job Description
As a Capability Building Associate, you will play a vital role in developing and enhancing the skills and knowledge of our organization’s employees. Your primary responsibilities will include designing training programs, facilitating workshops, and assessing training needs within the company.
You will work closely with various departments to identify skill gaps and create strategies to address them effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the impact of training programs and making recommendations for improvements.
