Job Description
The Collections Representative performs activities involving the collection of delinquent accounts. Responsibilities include analyzing account status, determining appropriate actions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Collections experience
- Strong focus on team and individual achievement
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous call center experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php21,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
