Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Determine workforce requirements through data analysis.
- Utilize scheduling software to optimize schedules.
- Conduct workforce simulations.
- Process time off and shift requests.
- Maintain workforce tool information.
- Meet schedule efficiency targets.
- Lead coaching sessions and calls with Operations.
- Provide feedback and support strategic initiatives.
- Adhere to policies and procedures.
- Perform special tasks assigned by management.
- Work under general supervision.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience preferred.
Experience:
- 1-year relevant Workforce experience required.
- Prior experience with EWFM, Aspect, and IEX preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics:
- Understand Workforce Management methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality.
