Qualifications
1. Must be a graduate of any 4-year business or IT course, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Easy to train on WordPress and other CMS.
3. With very good communication skills.
4. Has great attention to detail.
5. Has good written and spoken English.
6. With a pleasing personality.
7. Diligent and willing to learn.
Job Description
· Assist in fulfilling requests and resolving issues in coordination with the internal production team.
· Inform request status to clients and manage their expectations.
· Creates a positive client support experience.
· Perform maintenance work involving updating and uploading website contents.
· Develop a working knowledge of live systems.
· Communicate with internal senior management periodically on client implementation status updates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to Php15,00.00 per month
