Job Description
The Employee must be willing to do nightshift or shifting schedule. Performs any combination of following duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition: Sweeps, and mops floors. Wash the refrigerators, tables, utensils, cabinets and other items used in the kitchen for food preparation. Make sure all food is thoroughly washed prior to preparation. Prepare meat for cooking by cutting off unnecessary fat and other useless portions. Help the cooks prepare meals. Keep the kitchen in an orderly manner. All kitchen equipment, utensils, and other items should be put in a place where they can be easily retrieved by kitchen personnel. Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated. Help the staff unload shipments of food and other supplies to be used in the kitchen. Supporting for purchasing at the supermarket or local market to buy the ingredients with transportation provided.
